All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.
Please be aware that public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
All orders come packed in our branded boxes, free of charge.
We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. All of our products are handcrafted, so please allow for a processing time of 3-5 business days before your order is shipped. Once it's on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

RETURNS
We hope that you are delighted with your order from Esencia, but if for any reason you are not perfectly satisfied, you have 14 days to return your items to us for a refund. Please make sure to return the items in the same condition they were received, with all brand tags attached.
Please note that sale items are final and are not eligible for return.
To return your item, simply follow these steps:
- Pack your items securely in the original box, making sure to include the original invoice in the package.
- Attach the supplied return shipping label to the outside of the box, carefully removing any other labels on the parcel.
- Have the box and item(s) ready for collection at the predetermined day or drop off the parcel at a convenient DHL Collection Point.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment and send you a confirmation email.
